Warranty, Returns & Shipping Policy

All BDS Tactical Gear products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We are committed to producing the most rugged and reliable tactical nylon gear in the world, and we proudly stand behind everything we build.

Warranty Coverage This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. It covers defects in materials and stitching/construction.

What is NOT Covered

Plastic and metal hardware (including zippers, zipper chains, buckles, snaps, etc.)
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear
Fading or discoloration from excessive UV exposure
Any modifications, alterations, or repairs not performed by BDS Tactical Gear

Shipping Policy

For valid warranty claims (manufacturing defects), BDS Tactical Gear will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced item back to you.
BDS Tactical Gear does not pay for shipping costs to send the item to us, nor for any shipping on non-warranty issues, wear and tear, or customer returns.
We are not responsible for items once the carrier picks them up. All claims for loss or damage during shipping must be handled directly through the respective carrier.

We are happy to repair or replace non-warranty items (such as hardware) at a nominal fee.

Warranty Void Conditions The warranty is void if:

The product has been modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than BDS Tactical Gear
The item is returned excessively dirty, covered in animal hair, blood, or other bio-contaminants (these items will be returned unrepaired)

RMA Process All returns and warranty claims must go through the following steps:

Contact BDS Tactical Gear first — Email or call us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the problem.
Receive your RMA# — We will review your request and issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with shipping instructions.
Prepare your package — Clearly write the RMA# on the outside of the shipping box. Include a copy of your RMA confirmation inside the package.
Ship the item — Send it to our facility in Oceanside, CA.
Important — Packages received without an RMA# will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and non-refundable:

All V-OPS products
Customizable or upgraded products (MVOCR, VOPC, VOPCR, Bib upgrades, medical pouches, internal admin pouches, etc.)
Patrol Tactical Vest (LBV)

Once any product is used, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Standard Returns (No Fault of BDS Tactical Gear)

Subject to a 20% restocking fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
BDS Tactical Gear does not pay for shipping to or from our facility on returns that are not our fault
Limited-production or special-order items may incur a higher restocking fee
