Owned for About 18 Months by Ronald Terry from Ohio United States

Used for a home and travel first aid/trauma kit. Good internal capacity. Well built. Excellent materials. I did have to sew the trauma shears holder after a few months. When the bag is stuffed to capacity the shears holder is under a lot of stress. Took 10 minutes to re-sew. No big deal. A marker, small flash light and trauma gloves (in small plastic bags) can be woven to the outside molle for quick access. A small Sam Splint will fit in the back where the tear-off velcro is. For home use, I pretty much leave this pack alone and grab from my first aid supplies. But it does travel when I go camping/outdoors and I would grab it even at home if the injured person was outside my home. I'll buy additional bags in the future for each car. Recommended.
Very good bag by Michael Bryan from Arkansas United States

Bought this bag for my patrol car it is not real big, but has good storage. It is just big enough for what I wanted. Built very well feels like it will last a longer time. Design of storage, quality and sturdiness is why I give it 5 stars.
Med/First Aid Kit by Herburt MD 01 Jul 2011
I got this pouch to use it as my personal first aid kit. I take it almost everywhere - hunting, hiking, on vacation etc. As a doctor, I stuffed a lot of things inside - the capacity of this pouch is amazing considering it's size. Internal zippered mesh pockets work great for organizing stuff, furthermore you can easily see what's inside. For example I put dressings in one pocket and pharmaceuticals in the other one. Elastic loops between the pockets work great for tick pincers or a pair of tweezers. The pouch is compatible with MOLLE which is great, becouse one can attach it to a backpack or a bag thus saving some space inside and making the pouch easily accesible when needed. Zippers are smooth and quite silent. Medical cross on the front is also quite nice, couse it's easy to identify it as a medical pouch. Build quality is very high - I use it about a year and still no sign of wear and tear. Overall a great product for a reasonable price! Thank you BDS!

I have a small medical back pack and I can fit just about all my medical kit in this one bag. The way the zipper is sewn in allows this bag to be very organized. I looked at similar bags and i didnt like how they top opened. I also prefer the team aid kit to my old pack cause i can just sling the bag over my shoulder and everything can in the bag can be accessed quickly when needed. another thing that can be said is the ruggedness will make it last we me for a long time.
