I'm a Chief in the Navy. I wish I would have had a bag like this on my first combat tour back in '03! My corpsman love using this pack and I love its functionality. With all the compartments and amenities it allows them to respond faster than normal to any situation they come across. When me and my guys are out ob patrol with the grunts or who ever we are attached to at the time, I make sure that I have mine and they have theirs. Aside from fiting all of the necessary medical gear, we're abel to slide a 100 oz bladder in the sewn in pocket on the inside! All the webbing on the outside allows us to make evenmroe room for and personal gear, or even more medical stuff. Great pack BDS!
